WHAT IS XtraChallenge?
The XtraChallenge 2025 is the third edition of a Spanish university UAV design and manufacturing competition, launched in 2022 by the Xtra2 UPV team from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Following the success of the previous editions, including an international team victory, the initiative continues to provide students with an opportunity to engineer, build, and pilot UAVs. Modeled after the European Air Cargo Challenge (ACC), held biennially since 2003, the competition focuses on high-speed, fixed-wing drones carrying maximum payloads.

OUR OBJECTIVES
The XtraChallenge 2025 aims to inspire students to design, build, and pilot high-speed, fixed-wing UAVs. Our key objectives are to:
