How is the money from the sponsorships spent?
A: SAETA UC3M is a non-profit association. All resources are fully employed on our academic projects including materials for the models, leasing and team formation expenses.
Q: When does the next recruitment start?
A: The recruitment process will be back at the begining of the academic year (September/October). Stay tuned and don't miss out!
Q: What profiles are most likely to be recruited?
A: We don't look for specific profiles, but for students eager to learn, develope their skills, cooperate and achieve great things with the team, regardless of your age, experience or degree.
Q: Should I be afraid of the time demands?
A: The projects managed by the association are time demanding, but we strive to give flexiblity to each team member. We see the association not as a waste of time, but as an investment to further develope the individual.
Q: Can I apply to several departments?
A: Yes, but you'll be selected to work on just one of the one applied. Inter-deparment changes are allowed if there are spots available.
Q: Do I have to pay an anual fee if I become part of the association?
A: Yes. Starting on the 23/24 season we will be charging a 20€ annual fee. This will only be used to cover critical costs, such as, bank costs and web server maintanance.

Q: How can I help the project?
A: Our sponsorships are not only focused on monetary contribution, but any service or resource that can help us develop our projects are more than welcome. These include software licenses, materiales, machinery leasing or facilities.
